They don't cover their round grass bales and when those bales have stood in rain and weather for months, unsold, they loosen it up, turn it into square bales and sell it at the same price that you would pay for quality square bales. The result is terrible moldy and brown bales in the middle of summer. Absolutely disgusting that a big company has no pride in the quality of their goods.

They claim a 24 hour turnaround delivery. This is NOT TRUE, I have never had in about five orders a 24 hour turnaround. Expect 7 days plus. My last order was placed on the 28 Feb it is 5 March and still no delivery. After a call they have promised to deliver today! I placed an order late, on the 3 March with Canine & Co. Delivery was received this morning.

There was a stock issue on my order. I received an email promptly. I was given a credit option with a list of similar alternate products or the option to receive the available products immediately and the others when they receive stock. All at no extra charge and free shipping.

In today's fast paced no time to waste society, online shopping has become quite the norm. I have been **********ly let down with the likes of the Leroy Merlin stores but you can imagine my utter shock and dismay when a store like Midfeeds Tack n Togs show availability of stock, accepts payment but moments later sends an email to say that not one but two of my shopping cart items are actually not in stock. Lusanda Makeleni | Midfeeds • Tack ’n Togs Online Sales Consultant further goes on to admit that "unfortunately we have been waiting for the vetwraps for over a month now" and yet you are still able to purchase these products via the online shop. This can be marginally understood on a level - not acceptable none the less. What was really shocking is that they point blank refused to offer similar products to replace the ones they did not have in stock when I suggested this and also refused to courier the items when they arrived at their cost. And given the 100/200% mark up they put on the items its not as though it would make any significant difference to their bottom line. the problem with large retailers is they actually just don't care about customer service and feel they have such a large customer base they honestly don't seem at all phased if a handful of their customers move suppliers. SA or the "new" South Africa and its careless attitude shows all to well in Midfeeds Tack n Togs actions today

The service at Midfeeds is exceptional. It's refreshing to experience this level of customer service in Gauteng. If it were not for Dennis, who assisted us, I would have bought less. He is exceptionally helpful and gives great advice.

Thank you to Charlene Smit and the employees of Midfeeds Nelspruit, including the driver. Your efficient and very friendly service was much appreciated this morning. We are normally walk in clients of Midfeeds Nelspruit, even then the service is superb. Well done to all the staff.

amazing pet shop that sells almost everything and anything pet related from food to toys to beds and even wearables. The shop is well stocked and has a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist making me feel welcome from the moment I entered the shop. Upstairs is dedicated to horse riding equipment and accessories, it was amazing to see👀. The cashiers are also quick and hands on so you don't wait in a long queue to pay for your goods. Bring your dog along for a browse to see which bowl or toy they like more as it is pet friendly and people love giving them attention in store.
