My cars was messed up by midway motor in marble hall. New nissan almera

I took my car in the midway motor in marble hall my car was overheating i aaked tjem a quote they said to me fixing my car its gonna cost round about 4k okay i gave them the go ahead to fix my car they striped my car after wards tjey tell me total overall fixing my car its gonna be 16k i aaked them how dd they come to that amount they said to me sir if u dont wanna pay that sum u will have to come tour your car n pay 3500 ×2 for stripping .mind you they charged me engineering of round about 4500 to take my to in to engineering and they dd not take it in they just bought 300 top caaket and put in my top without engineering now my car is worse than before and i paid 16k but my car is not yet fixed am so much heartbroken feel like i can just cry that was my last money but then they ddnt give me choice cos they had already striped my car i quess thats thier way to keep customers they strip ur car then they know theres nothing u can do your hands are tight u will have to dance for thier tune im very much disappointed in them i dont wana lie i trusted them but then guys take yiur cars there at your own risk
