Delayed delivery
I purchased a Shua A5 treadmill, salesperson was great to engage with but I was first promised that it would be delivered on the 28th of October (2025), then the delivery date was changed to the 13th of November. The date was changed again to the 26th of November - more than a month from when I purchased it. I now literally have to cross my fingers to ensure that I actually get it on that date. When following up, I was informed that the delay was caused by a public holiday in China, which shouldn't be the case because they should have planned around that holiday. I now have to pray that the product gets delivered. Just writing this to warn others who are thinking of buying from them - just know that it is possible that your product might be severely delayed. I was informed that I was given an 'ETA'.

Poor Service and customer care
Contacted their service department regarding a problem with my treadmill cutting out while using it. They came and serviced the treadmill, however the problem has continued. I have contacted them numerous occasions and the only response I get "Our service department will contact you" Terrible that they can treat their clients like this!

Poor Service and customer care

Pathetic service
i have never experienced such pathetic service from any company like MiFitness. Calvin took over one and half hours to reply to me yesterday, why is he so scared to tell me how long has he been doing sales in gym equipment. He ignores all my questions what is he hiding. In todays time you cant trust anyone. How can you trust the people that are meant to give you the best service when they dont tell you things that you ask. I would be sceptical to buy from this company.

Customer Support and Sales that is super!
Thank you to Walter and the team for assisting me on my fitness journey, their shop had the right stock excellent prices, Walter was very helpful in arranging delivery and advising me on the right equipment I needed within my limited budget.

Poor Quality and After Sales Service
I purchased the Powercore Massage Gun in Jan 2022 and in May 2023, the massage gun starts to get really noisy, which is 3-4 months just after the warranty expires. I wrote a Google Review only to receive a snarky reply from Ronald Steyn. He is under the impression, that if the gun breaks after it's warranty period, it's a good quality product. This is the clown world we live in today, Mr. Steyn is under the impression that I should purchase a new product on a yearly basis, like a Netflix subscription. Don't ever buy from this company, the quality is *******.

Excellent Service
What an awesome company to work with! The swift handling and communication of your order, to lighting delivery, just top notch. Very highly recommended from my side! For another recent order, the order was placed late on Friday, then is delivered on the following Monday morning. You simply cannot beat that level of service. Also, what has made me lifelong customer of theirs, is that they are so professional that they treat all orders, big or (very) small, with the same level service and commitment. We need more companies to follow the example set by MiFitness.

Worst Service Ever
This company is full of scammers. I bought a treadmill from them 3 months ago. Their installers then came to move me from their residence to my new home. Charged me R700, now the machine is still not working. Their warehouse manager wants me to pay and extra R450 call out fee to have them come see what went wrong while my machine is still under guarantee. Their service is appalling and very racist. Never use this company if you are black
