*****!!!! 2 weeks ago I submitted my papers - Resigned. After always phoning them and dealing with *********** staff i am told that my paperwork was only submitted yesterday? Their lines where down? Never down to take money but to pay me my money that belongs to me that i have paid i must now wait another 6 weeks???? Why am i not surprised that they are so badly rated.

Terrible Service!!!
POOR SERVICE FROM MIFA, I Cannot submit my efiling to Sars! I need a new directive from Mifa..they dont reply to emails and when you call them they are always busy with it, but nothing happens!! I have been calling and sending emails without any success!!

Terrible Service!!!
POOR SERVICE FROM MIFA, I Cannot submit my efiling to Sars! I need a new directive from Mifa..they dont reply to emails and when you call them they are always busy with it, but nothing happens!! I have been calling and sending emails without any success!!

Mifsa does not want to pay a provident fund for my brother
Good Day my brother was retrenched at work in December last year. he applied for his provident fund last year December at Mifsa. all people who applied after him they have been paid their monies but they keep on promising him the next Friday since from last year. since he is not working kids are starving and they have his money they are not releasing his money. its terrible cause he wants to buy food ffor the kids but he cant the money is with MIFSA. he can be contacted at **********
