UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE
This business personnel is so unprofessional and point blank rude! We sent a request for quotation on email multiple times with no response. Then eventually got a response. Then they went silent again and started communicating on Whatsapp! RED FLAG! He was rude and gave us a ridiculously high price, R4000.00 more than the average quotations we received. He then started bashing the other business and insinuating they are from Facebook Marketplace and will probably do a bad job. That was not necessary and we will definitely not be doing any business with him.

Canny Kids Academy
Mikes Shades has done an excellent job at our Nursery School - Canny Kids Academy Nursery School in Doornpoort. Their services and work were done with the upmost kindness,neatness and they were very professional. A big thank you to the Mikes Shades Team for makeing our dream come true. We are very happy with the outcome and excited for working with you in the future

Worst service received from Mike's shades
Worst service ever! Received a quote for a shade port: been battling from that point to discuss colour of steel and shade netting. Calling Mike is impossible, calls are never taken. Options for colours cannot be discussed, you just take what you get. The product that was delivered is not what was quoted on, no feedback on who changed the order and why, just expected to pay 30% extra... Invoice details are not the same as on the quote. Not sure why the invoice does not reflect the same details. I just hope that no after-sales service is required, if this is the pre-sales service that I'm getting...

Worst aftersales and poor workman ship
Worst aftersales ever, shades net is falling apart and Michael the owner could not care less. Just empty promises. be careful doing business with this company. shade net is falling apart after three months been trying more than a month to get him back but just does not pitch and makes empty promises.
