I have been waiting for over 2 months for a leaking window to be replaced. Every time I call, it's next week... I have no idea who else to speak to.... I have raised this issue with at least 3 people in the company...

We had some steel cottage pane windows replaced with aluminium windows on 26th September 2023. What a wonderful experience with the team from Mildo Projects! They were fast, the work was done with absolute respect to our property. The lawns, interior of the home and furniture were all covered before work commenced. Everything was cleaned up perfectly afterwards, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company - Highly recomended!

Great service. Thank you Sydney, Tiney and Cheryl at HO. Wonderful installation team of John, Jeffrey and Steven. They removed the existing wooden windows and took them away for disposal as well. They mounted the new windows, plastered and sealed the openings. The installation was quick and as clean as possible. A real one stop shop. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Very unhappy with service and installation post installation. Seems once payment made in full they don't respond to complaints nor care. Quotes are done on sub-standard entry level sliding doors without telling you, to be affordable. The quote does not have the name of the product being quoted on. When you ask you get a rushed vague response on the product name to find out its a cheaper range. A customer should be told what type of sliding door range is quoted on for a client to know what they getting and to be given a choice on sub standard v fitting in with existing look of sliding doors and frames. In addition, my installation done 18 months ago now has leaking problems and the silicone used was not waterproof silicon thus not even 2 years later is crumbling and peeling off. I was told by an employee they don't and cant use waterproof silicone. Frame was not measured correctly allowing for water to seep in. Plastering around frame untidy. Had several bad leaks. They attempted to fix by drilling holes in the new alluminium frames making frames look worse. They messed silicone all over my existing long windows resulting in scratch marks on existing windows when they tried to remove waste silicone. As a courtesy before going this route and to give Andre, the beneficial owner , the courtesy to discuss and bring to his attention I put in a formal complaint telephonically over a month ago on the above. That complaint was after discussing my issues with my contractor Etienne who referred me and with 4 different employees of Mildo projects from date of installation until now. All did nothing to address the issues. It's 5 weeks later not a single attempt from Mildo Projects or Andre to discuss my complaints despite giving him 5 weeks notice as an opportunity to revert after warning I would go this route. Very unsatisfied customer. I have no doubt I will get a call or a response on this platform after my review.

I got a quote from Mildo to replace some old steel windows. I was happy with the quote and ready to accept. I queried one of their Terms of Service where they state they do NOT clean the windows after installation. Taken aback I queried this. They confirmed but did not provide any explanation. They offered to send a cleaning service at extra cost after installation to do the cleaning. If I bought a new car, pair of jeans or a book, I would expect it to be clean on purchase, who wouldn't. The job required making good the plaster around the windows and so I would expect plaster splatter, dirt and finger prints across the frame and glass, no matter how skilled the workman. To deliberately state they would not clean the windows seemed out of alignment with what I would expect from a quality service oriented company. After raising this as an issue with the office and the salesman, they made no attempt to rescue the deal. Whether this is arrogance, poor quality ethic or something else I have no idea, but I was not going to waste my money finding out. Sorry Mildo, someone else will get the job.
