bad service ever

i am having the most worst experience with military gear i paid for an order and was promised that the order will arrive Monday morning at 9. however its now Wednesday and i still have not received my stock. i have been calling them since Monday and now all they do is reject my calls and now answer. i have sent them countless emails and they do not reply
