******** AND ANIMAL CRUELTY AGENT AND COMPANY

Ernst Reyneke and the above mentioned realty group along with Chilli pepper properties are cruel and evil. I have stayed in the unit I rent from them for over 3 years. I hit some trouble in my life for the past 2 months and immediately they wanted to terminate my lease. I begged and pleaded daily for them to please work with me to make a pay plan to pay back the 2 months rent I was unable to pay. I have been a great tenant for over 3 years and have always payed like clock work. Ernst has threatened me, bul**** me and has prevented me from gaining access to the complex, which has now left my cat starving for 4 days, I don't even know if she is still there or alive. I even called the SPCA to ask for help. The SPCA called Ernst and he said no one can enter to feed the cat. I have never dealt with such heartless people. They have no humanity. I have 2 small girls that haven't been able to go home in almost 2 weeks. All of our belongings are in the house and my car is still parked in our parking bay and he won't let me take it out to take my kids to school and be able to work. He came to change my locks while we were still in the house, they put some kind of block to our electricity with the meter man, as it is a prepaid meter. I put R100 in and only recieved 1 kWt. I called the meter man and he said I must contact the managing agent, which is Ernst Reyneke. They have completely denied us access to the complex of The Willows. I have had to seek legal council as they are *******ly trying to evict us. My attourney has tried to be civil with them and they just don't respond, so we are now taking them to court. As an ex real estate agent myself, I know my rights and I have never dealt with such a vicious and cruel man with no respect for the law and his tenants. I was going to continue to pay my rent, I just hit a bump in the road for 2 months and was willing to pay back what I owe and this is how I get treated, like trash. My kids have been traumatized and my livelihood had been severely attacked. The pain and suffering caused by this man and his company is astronomical. Please be careful of these dirty agents. They are just wanting to make money and have no respect for people or animals.
