Bad service from MIM Maintenance!

MIM maintenance started on improvements on my bathroom 2 months ago and still haven't finished it. There were leakages with the toilet and with the basin and untidy finishes. After some continuous pestering, they did eventually come back to fix some of the problems. But there still remains a leaking pipe and cupboards falling off the hinges that they have shown no commitment to fix, despite numerous calls from my husband and I. I am disappointed in MIM Maintenance's service. It seems after they got paid in full,they did not look back but went on to chase their next paycheque. They have shown very little regard for their customers.
