Good Day Company Review: Mind the Speed I have been paying for 100/100 mbps for internet speed. We have been betting for the past couple of weeks to watch DSTV and youtube. I've done a speed test and it 20/10 mbps. Shocking, but they debit the full amount every month. Is it my duty and responsibility to run a speed test every hour to ensure I'm getting what I'm paying for? This is sickening..... and don't even mention trust.... Very disappointed on their customer support. My internet was down by 8am Saturday and they have not followed up on the fault. In addition when I tried to call them later on Saturday their support line was already closed so I sent an email to their support and have not heard back from them. Then I called their support on Sunday and waited 15 min in que before using the option for them to call me back. I am still waiting. Guess no employees are available. I was very happy with them before this but an entire weekend with no internet and no idea what is happening is unacceptable

Wow, I am yet to receive better service than Mind The Speed. Lindiwe and team are fantastic. They are communicative and they deliver on their promise. From sales right through to support. What an amazing company.

They are a joke. Their technical team responds to outages with nonsense, Mind the Speed (MTS) acknowledge the are incorrect, and does nothing about it. Empty promises from MTS sales, poor service. When you point this out, they now use the words "best effort". They advertise on their website about how "Service" is important. DO NOT BELIEVE this nonsense. Go somewhere else, trust me you will not have the headaches with their long winded excuses. If anybody wants to see the techncial responses, MTS follow up, let me know as I will be posting this on social media sites to expose their "Service". Trust me stay away from Mind the Speed, rather pay a little extra and get quality of service. Or pay less and get the same experience as MTS serivce. Amazing how Vuma can fix a problem (Part of the box needed to be replaced) with a faulty part and MTS technical teams states I have channel issues with my WIFI. Same thing, Vuma down, their technical team did not even know this and stated again, my WIFI channels are faulty. ***, do they actually think we all idiots. STAY AWAY!

My internet suddenly stopped working , I call in support @ 18:55 for assistance , an agent says he will call me back , after 40 minutes I have to call back to find out what’s going on and he tell me that the number he has to contact me is incorrect even through I sent multiple emails to sales even before I got the Wi-Fi router that they need to update my details , the support agent then tells me he is gonna reboot then call me back …after another 30 minutes he doesn’t call me back , I try and call and my call isn’t going through because it’s after hours If this is how mind the speed works where you purposely waste time and lie to client that you will assist only to waste time so it not your problem anymore is really disappointing. This is really poor service and from the word go I’ve had nothing but issues with mind the speed . Please get an agent to call me so I can cancel my service because I dont want to deal with a company that treats me like this

Great customer experience, and awesome service. The company always keeps their clients aware should there be issues, and regular updates. I made one call in the time with Mind the speed. Professional Service that is above and beyond my expectations. What a great team and service they offer

Phoned MTS tech support late Sunday afternoon. I expected a long call cue. However, the call was answered after a few rings. The support engineer, Lester, patiently listened to my issue and walked me through the fault- finding steps clearly and efficiently. Nothing could be done on MTS side to resolve the issue immediately as the fault had to be corrected on MetroFibre's end. I was told that there may be up to a 72-hour wait, but he would try his best to speed things up. An hour later, the issue was resolved! On a Sunday! With no finger pointing between providers, no tedious admin or red tape and no attitude. What a pleasure to deal with Mind the Speed.
