I invested approximately 10,000 South African Rand in a mining platform and have faced numerous issues. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to verify my account, which has prevented me from accessing key features. Over the years, my account balance has mysteriously dwindled to just 49 Rand. Moreover, every time I try to withdraw funds, I encounter system errors that prevent the transaction.
