No Returns from Mining City

I joined Mining City in 2020, I took a Gold investment that was maturing in 3 years, Its been 4 years, I cant access the website, I have not received my returns and I'm unable to get assistance from anyone regarding, this, I would just really like my money back, this was all my savings :(, please assist on what I can do to take them farward.
