I wish to bring to your attention a serious matter involving a group of foreigners that are masquerading as a removal company that appears to be engaged in *****ulent practices. This company presents itself as legitimate and lists the address of 85B Mint Road, Fordsburg, Johannesburg, on its website; however, it is actually based in Cape Town. In February of the previous year, I contracted their services for a relocation from Cape Town to Bethal in Mpumalanga. Instead of fulfilling the agreed-upon service, they transported my belongings to a location in Johannesburg. After the relocation, they requested additional payment to deliver my items to Bethal and insisted on upfront payment of the remaining balance. When I sought to retrieve my belongings, the company refused my request and subsequently blocked my attempts to communicate. The individual who identified himself as Christopher is currently untraceable and continues to advertise his services, posing a risk to potential new clients. He is reportedly wanted by the South African police in connection with this matter, having appropriated goods valued at R400,000.00. It is crucial to disseminate this information to prevent additional victims from falling prey to this operation. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

Appalling service
This is the worst moving company ever. They are dishonest, rude, and ******. They came 6-7 hours late to collect our furniture with only one guy to load the stuff. And they took 3-4 days to deliver. Their service is appalling.

He has now blocked me and not responding to my call. He answered and put down and now ignoring me. He has my stuff for 2 months now . They are ****ming people. Do not use them

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I moved from Nelspruit to Upington, had to leave some stuff behind because truck could not fit all. When they arrive the kept some of my stuff at the Wearhouse in Joburg because they could not fit my stuff In the truck coming to Upington. We went to police and gave him extra month and and half to deliver the rest of my stuff and is now ignoring me. the are dishonest people. Trust the bad reviews. This case is not closed!!

Do not use them
DO NOT USE THEM!!! I moved from Nelspruit to Upington, had to leave some stuff behind because truck could not fit all. When they arrive the kept some of my stuff at the Wearhouse in Joburg because they could not fit my stuff In the truck coming to Upington. Absolutely superb
Absolutely superb!! Professional, considerate and they treated my belongings so well . My move from from Phalaborwa to Plettenberg Bay was nothing but smooth and stress free and thanks Mint team notably ;Kim , Leon , Peter and Christine . Thank you for everything a just like I promised Christine that I will give them a good review once they do it as I requested.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is unprofessional and *************. They stole our stuff and went through our belongings. The communication was terrible from start to finish, and most of our items arrived either damaged or completely broken. This is the worst moving experience we have ever had. Avoid them at all costs.
