I print books for a school. Taking in a hard copy I ask for x number of copies of a book which then require binding.<br> On this occasion I also asked for the hard copy to be scanned to flash drive at an additional cost. I collected my bound books. the black was grey, it was obvious that the toner was low. I returned the books and pointed out the poor quality. They were unconcerned, accused me of 'cockiness' (which even though young I feel has no place in a business transaction) and basically said it was my problem. The flash has been copied in such poor resolution that it is rendered unusable. I have a tiny HP at home which gets far better results than they supply as their best. This business and it's substandard offerings does not deserve to succeed. I have kept a sample of both flash and print quality and defy anyone with an ounce of technical knowledge to defend the quality I was expected to pay for.
