DO NOT ORDER FROM MIRRAW
-1 Review, Absolutely pathetic service Do not order from them! I placed an order on the 1 February, one month later and still no delivery, even though when the order was processed they said it will be delivered by the 17 February. Only once I queried, was there any movement on the order, now 8 days later and it still pending delivery, with the departure date being moved every day. It's honestly a waste of time and money.

11 August 2024. Garment was never received. It was purchased in February 2024, it's now 7 months later. Upon querying the purchase, information is requested and you never hear from the fantastic "team Mirraw" again. They will not refund your money even when they are at fault. Be cautious with your purchase. I will never buy from this site again. Lesson learnt.

11 August 2024. Garment was never received. It was purchased in February 2024, it's now 7 months later. Upon querying the purchase, information is requested and you never hear from the fantastic "team Mirraw" again. They will not refund your money even when they are at fault. Mirraw are *******. Don't support them.
They are *******. Don't support them. They will lie about your order and then request your identity to send your order. Don't buy from Indians. You can not guarantee your order. They give you one lie after anothwrand will ask for your identity to send your parcel. Mirraw are a bunch of con artists.

MIRRAW REQUESTS IDENTITY CONFIRMATION
Good Day I purchased in July 2023 and had no hassles receiving my order. However, my current order was placed on 23.06.2024 and delivery was confirmed for 15.07.2024. However, before my order was couriered, Mirraw have requested proof of identification from me in order for me to receive my order. I did not send it as I felt it was not safe. I have tracked my order and it is currently in South Africa and is being HELD FOR INSPECTION. Kindly advise if anyone else has had this experience. I have contacted Atlantic couriers and Mirraw regarding this. Mirraw is still sending emails requesting proof of identity. Can someone advise if they have also faced a situation like this. Thank you.

No refunds are paid out.
DPD lost the parcel and Mirraw accepted this and promised a refund to me. This has not materialised after weeks of unanswered emails. Feel cheated and very let down that I am out of pocket through no fault of mine.

Amazing Experience
Absolutely amazing experience. Garments are gorgeous and affordable, stitching are incredibly neat and was shipped before the given date. Tracking was so informative and accurate. It's definitely a trustworthy site

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS BUY 1 GET 3 FREE, THEY SCAM U ON TOP OF THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY CURRENCY CONVERSION.....I THINK SHEIN MUST START SELLING INDIAN GARMENTS AS THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE WITH THEM...MIRRAW CUSTOMER SERVICES DOES NOT EVEN RESPOND TO UR QUERIES...PATHETIC SERVICE
