I ordered a dress from Miscellaneous and, although the dress was beautiful, it arrived with a hole at the bottom. I needed it for the weekend, so instead of returning it, I had to pay a local seamstress to fix it.
Miscellaneous agreed to give me a R100 refund, but it has been almost a month and nothing has reflected in my account. I have followed up, but there has been no resolution.
I am very disappointed with the after-sales service. A simple refund should not take this long. I hope this can be resolved urgently.
