I wish this site had a minus 100 stars coz dats what I would give this company. They r the absolute worst company I ever dealt with no customer service they may as well fire all the agents coz they can't help. I am calling 3 days in a row spending over 200 on Airtime to get a payment link to PAY my account n no one can help me. WHAT IS THE HEAVEN IS GOING ON AT THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY

I am really not happy with the services I and my IT department has received. I've lost so much money in the fight to get proper assistance. I am trying to work from home and Vuma reach has not been assisting at all. I require access into my router to disable sipalg for my dialer system to work but they are the only ones access and constantly giving me mickey mouse responses when all of my friends using their services are working from work smoothly.. And don't get me started the customer service, the numbers on their site constantly directs you incompetent people and when you tell them your issues, they redirect you to someone else. I have mixed feelings about this company and wouldn't recommend to anyone

I've been trying to get hold of the call centre since last week Sunday with no luck. They called back however I have to hold 1hour30 mins still no luck in speaking to an Agent. I'm not happy and still my query it's nt resolved.

I'm struggling for 5 hours to get an answer eventually when I get a replied Im informed that I requested a cancellation in November last year but I only signed the contract in January and then they informed me that they do not see me on their system but I make payment every month and my next payment is due the 13th.

This is the most pathetic service I have ever received I paid on the 28th of jan no internet no connection they are horrible they cant provide customer service don't use supersonic it was the biggest mistake I ever made buy using them as my service provider they cant provide a service now I ask for them to cancel and they don't want to they want me to wait till end of march to cancel a service that I haven't used how do that work its pathetic this was the biggest mistake I have ever made supersonic I want my line cancelled

This is day 25 after making a payment that they are yet to come out to do. Apparently the hold up is with Mitchell's Fibre, how can one wait this long? They say they'll call you back to discuss the way forward but no call. Don't be fooled by R400 wifi line.
