******* DEDUCTION/ GARNISHEE ON MY SALARY

This attorneys instated a garnishee order of R19 903 as from 2023.05.01.

I enquired about this and Ms Pretorius informed me that the capital debt handed over to them was R10 000 and the garnishee was instated in 2019 and abruptly stopped deducting, and due to non payments of R10 000, I accumulated interest and other legal fees.

I disputed immediately that the amount of R10 000 is paid off and she said it's not but I have my salary advices to prove that.

I then asked them how did they notify me about the debt as my salary is garnished without my knowledge, the same Ms Pretorius said they phoned and sent me texts on my cellphone number 084 5244903, and I asked who's numbers are those, and she said MB Moshata and I told her that I am SP Moshata.

This morning I asked Zandre the same questions telephonically but she said she does not have a full knowledge about this information but she is sure that they sent a summon to me and I acknowledge it, I asked her where did you send that summon, she said potchefstroom, I said I am not in potchefstroom.

I made this enquiry on an email, I feel that I'm going to pay R19 903 for their personal gain because the capital debt amount they are mentioning, is paid off according to my knowledge.
