Horrible service

Service is horrible, I came to buy diapers for my kid. They don't great or smile, I asked for a plastic, he ignored me and I paid thinking the plastic was free with a card. When I asked what about the plastic he said its R1,25. I told him that I asked for the plastic and you didn't say anything . I didn't have cash or loose change on me and for me to pay with a card for just a R1,25 it will cost me a lot including transaction fees. I asked if he heard me when I said plastic please and he said I forgot to ring it up up but i should still pay for the plastic.He asked if I can prove it that I asked him ,that is when I realised that clearly he was acting that way because he is probably related to the owner of the shop.
