The most nonsense WiFi I've ever experienced in my life, guys never ever subscribe to non working WiFi. A big ****, just know when you take this WiFi two days will never even last with connection yet paying full amount. I just need my money for installation and you guys come take your stuff. Very poor

Always available to take your calls, I’ve upgraded plan and I even got a wifi “power bank” stays on up to 4 hours during loadshedding. I take it to the office and charge it when I have power failure. I am so impressed with their service!

I was disconnected on Sat due to miscommunication and it only took Rudzani less than 5 min to get me connected again. on Sunday I had connection problem again Rudzani promised to get someone the to sort me out on Monday the then on Monday he personally came to sort my issue out, I have to say his service is the best. Thank you my Guy keep up the good service that you are providing to your clients. (Pele ya Pele MLR wireless)

I was disconnected on Sat due to miscommunication and it only took Rudzani less than 5 min to get me connected again. on Sunday I had connection problem again Rudzani promised to get someone the to sort me out on Monday the then on Monday he personally came to sort my issue out, I have to say his service is the best. The owner of the company came to my house saying he has to upgrade my WIFI and never came back with a new one. This took place month end after paying my monthly premiums. When I call him he doesn't answers my calls. I sent him a text to atlease pay back my premium for me to go look for a new service provider and he never did. I have been his client for the past 3 years without skipping any premiums. As the owner of this business giving his clients such a treatment I will never recommend anyone to ask for his services. Hus network is forever down. Never a day without network been down.

I took a contract with WLR Wireless during stage 5 of lockdown seeing that I will be home for long and to enable my daughter to have access to E-learning. I have had problems with the above company on numerous occasions. I pay them on time. However the owner Rudzani just don't care about his clients. The guy is very incompetent and lacks communication skills. Today I am on day 5 with no connection. Yet you wonder why we sometimes end up supporting the other races who puts their clients first. All that I want is to enjoy the services of what I pay for is that too much to ask?
