MM Wentzel is not paying all my accounts
I am very upset with MM Wentzel. I was handed over to attorneys for a FNB account that was never paid since 18/04/2024. Now I am trying the last few months to get hold of Leone that is handling my FNB account but nobody is coming back to me. I phoned today the numbers on her email address and on MM Wentzel's website but the call ended after a few rings in the ear. Nobody is answering my calls or email. I was promised 2024 that they will help me and will be with me every step of the way but is now MIA. I also received an sms that I need to approve my new increased account but have not received that as well. NOTHING is happening and then I just need to pay but some accounts is not getting paid. How does this work..

11 Apr 2025, 08:30Somebody phoned me from Nexis Systems PTY LTD on behalf of MM Wentzel to take over my account but this number 0210540345 when u phone it keeps on saying mailbox is full goodbye. I need to sort this out before 12:00 pm today other wise i will be going to the NCR.
