I recently purchased a vehicle with MMA CARS PINETOWN. I must say the experience and service were refreshing from start to finish. From my initial interaction with the sales executive at the branch (Jonathan), I felt the passion for service and eventhough finalization of the deal took a little longer than anticipated, Jonathan remained in constant contact - always friendly, providing updates and ensuring he maintains the great service until delivery! The car I collected was also exactly as advertised, clean, as new and perfectly befitting the online adverti*****t(she drives like a beauty). Thank you to Jonathan and MMA CARS PINETOWN for the superb service! Great place to buy a car

1.This car when was supposed to be delivered to Gauteng it didn't as it got faulty while they coming to Gauteng. 2.This car is i bought it i only drove it 8 times and only sartadays. 3.The car after one month it just shutdown on me on a freeway locking everything including brakes I nearly lost my live and others. 4.I towed the car to Hyundai woodmeat to check the problem,got the results,they say the problem is with the computer box and it was caused by the accident that this car was involved in before they will need 93k to fix it.mind you before buying this car I've asked if it was involved in an accident before Jonathan said no it's accident free. 5. I bought this car because of its low mileage as it was 120km guess shay when they check it at Hyundai it was over 300km. 6.Ok then I've been talking to the MMAcars salesman (Jonathan) about this and I'm paying for a warranty on my installment . 7. Jonathan told me to find a warehouse that can fix this i got someone they fixed this car but now they not willing to pay African Pride as the warranty did not cover the Computer box..so I won't be paying for something that I don't house or even used and sold it with false information. Please see the Hyundai attachment and the car fault i don't use this car and it gave me problems with a month.

I researched the make and model of car I wanted for a long time. When I was ready to pull the trigger, I just happened to find the one I wanted at MMA Pinetown. I had never bought a car sight unseen, however I read the reviews on the company and felt that it was worth getting in touch. My experience was fantastic. I am writing this review of my own accord, with no prompting from them. Jono in sales was professional, communicative and efficient. Predesh in finance sorted everything else out for me, and the car was delivered from Pinetown to Cape Town. From inquiry to delivery was 12 days. Really fantastic service! And I love my new car! Thank you to the team.

We purchased a TOYOTA HILUX 3.0D-4D 4x2 from them in September 2023, after so many promises of quality checks etc. Upon delivery, a walk-through inspection revealed minor issues, including tiny chips, a missing tailgate cable, and a tarnished tailgate stoplight, we were assured that it can and will be fixed.. never happened. The dealer acknowledged that the diesel gauge might not be working but us it was a minor fix at any Toyota dealership, it was not. The vehicle had a weird sound when started but we were also informed that the difficulty starting the vehicle was typical for this model and that there were no serious concerns. Based on these assurances, we signed the acceptance agreement. After taking delivery, we discovered several additional and significant problems. Toyota Kroonstad conducted a full inspection of the vehicle and found the following issues: 1. The passenger seat track is broken, posing a significant safety risk. 2. The clutch is near failure and requires urgent replacement for safety. 3. The diesel gauge is not functional due to a broken diesel cluster, which is a more complex issue than initially stated. 4. The wheel nuts on the vehicle are incorrect. 5. The starting issues could stem from the starter, piston, or compression problems. Additionally, we had to retake the vehicle for a roadworthy test due to a delay of over two months in receiving the necessary documentation for licensing. Despite incurring costs for licensing, we have not been reimbursed. These issues, along with difficulty contacting the respondent for resolution, since they literally ignored our calls or were always suddenly not at the office, have caused significant inconvenience, including time off work and financial strain. Best of all we reported this case to MIOSA, in this time the vehicle stopped starting completely around May 2024, we won the case at MIOSA and ruling was for MMA motors to get the vehicle and pay back all the money. No surprise MMA refused and we took matters further to the NCC, again won with the outcome of them having to pay back the money and get the vehicle. At first MMA motors agreed but we have to pay R71 000 first for usage, okay, understandable, but who is going to pay us back for paying almost 2 years’ worth of insurance monthly for a car that is standing in our backyard for over a year. After again a long struggle to get MMA motors to come and inspect the vehicle and to come and take it back, they finally came, verbally said that they’re taking the vehicle but afterwards per email refused AGAIN due to rodent infestation, what would one expect from a vehicle standing in our backyard for more than a year. If MMA CARS held to their promises and came and took the vehicle back within our 3 month guarantee time, none of this would’ve happened, if they helped us within our 6 month and extended warranty time, none of this would’ve happened

Early July bought a Ford ecosport from MMA cars. Drive the car only 3 weeks it gave me a problem little did I know that it's just the start of the problems. The car has gaven me issue from that day till now the car is always getting toured.and it's costing me alot I dnt have a car as it's always break down. Of which it cost me alot am not safe driving that car am paying every month on my vichle finance R5000 of which I don't use the car half my life it's always with them am so so so unhappy which has caused me to go on depression medication I am finically challenged due to the car I have a take the child going to school I always have a problem as the car is which the mechanic. MMA Cars have played with me alot am tried I need help as this matter is to much they need to change the car or return the money back am not happy at all help help as am need a car changed

In October 2024 I engaged with Turcia and Muhammad from MMA Cars in Pinetown .I was contacted within 2 minutes of my enquiry and they even called at my home to test drive the vehicle as I was unable to visit the branch. I was thrilled at their knowledge,professionalism and personal service whilst being guided through the entire process and kept abreast of proceedings.I collected my vehicle within 2 days. But I am most impressed with the after sales service and their patience through the Festive period when they addressed minor concerns I had with the vehicle.All issues were addressed efficiently and with expert workmanship. I will return for another vehicle and cannot deny their incredible service,friendliness,patience and knowledge. Thanks Turcia and Mohammed for restoring my faith that there is still sales people who value customers and service.
