Double payment in error not being refunded

We instructed our accountant to reserve us a new company name and unfortunately double paid by error. We immediately notified our accountant and he committed to refund us the following day. We have been struggling for the past 3 months to receive our double payment refunded. We hereby get the impression that we will not be refunded. This review is to warn potential clients not to use this company.
