Disappointed
Good day I am not happy at all with the service I am currently receiving from MNG, I have been waiting for the payment of the divorce degree settlement for more than three month's now,The is no feed back communicated to me at all I keep on calling them with no luck I even send emails but I get nothing back, One.gentlemen said to me two weeks back he is waiting for the approval from his manager he even gave me the number and the email of the manager but I cant get hold of her I keep on calling her everyday but no luck. My problem is this if anything could happen to me I will be on the losing side or to my X wife also I will be the one that will be losing a lot here because she has already benefited on my provided fund as it was declared in court in 1of April 2022.

A professional experience
Hi All, I have had a very pleasant experience with MNG Professional Accountants. I'm a new small business owner and new to Provisional Tax matters. Juan Mostert went absolutely out of his way to talk me through EVERYTHING. He took my tax jumble and sorted it all out then laid it out to me in a way that was clear and manageable. He was also approachable and available and I know not many people can say they "enjoy" doing their taxes but he certainly went a long way to address any questions or concerns I had and reduce the stress I was experiencing. His fees are also very reasonable. Highly recommended!
