You must constantly ask whats happening with your order, you are forever told you will have a waybill by tomorrow and tomorrow turns into next week and next week turns into next year. I regret placing an order at MNM box deals. I wish these BNPL platforms could reject any stores that have poor customer service. Saw them on the happy pay store list. And the order was never delivered
