Inability to do the job

Inexperienced and poor customer service. Brand new garage door motor installed which soon after only operated 80% in opening, after being fixed the same happened again. The status for the last 3 months from the owner of the business has been don't worry we will come and fix it. Still waiting and just cant get hold of them. Rather find somebody else reputable.
