I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max( rose gold in colour) on the 21st December 2024 then I later noticed that something was wrong with the Front camera I reported to them and they said I shoul resend the phone, prio to sending the phone back to them I noticed something else, the phone just froze on the screen, you could see someone calling and be unable to swipe to answer, then I immediately sent it back.
I get a massage that they are sending me another device( a grey one) it came and I used its for a month then one morning I woke up to it ringing, it was Showing a Yellow colour on the sccreen, frozen on the screen. There I was again asking calling Mr Mike Rajah if they are sure the phones they’re are not **** or dummy phones, and they said I must send it back to them .
I sent the phone back, it was still under warranty (6 months warranty) and they assessed it and said I need to pay R10000 for an LCD that was broken, I told them I can’t pay such amount and the warranty has not lapsed yet rather I sell it back to them because I don’t trust thier gudgets anymore, they refused an offered to send me another device (blue) a 3rd one, I accepted they sent it.
Now this 3rd device doesn’t have flash light or it’s not working, I was still shook by that and again the back Camera is not work, it just shows blank blac colour , it’s not imaging. Like studio angina kuthwan nge slungu. Mobi Trade SA you did me dirty
