Accounts department hold business to ransome.

The sales staff are absolutely fantastic. The accounting team has lost the plot!!! Don't pay your pallet deposit, you won't get it back. They refused to offload my paving until I had paid a R6k pallet deposit. This was NOT on my original invoice. I promptly paid the deposit to get my paving offloaded. I returned ALL the pallets two months ago and i am STILL waiting for the deposit to be refunded. Each time I phone & enquire, the sales staff are highly embarrassed and just tell me it's a long process!!!
