Positive Surprise I Friendly and Professional Service

On 28 August my car did not want to start in the morning and started smelling really bad. I called Mobile Car Clinic - Benoni for help. Heinrich was very helpful and said he would dispatch a team immediately. The team arrived within an hour properly dressed (and with COVID masks). They analyzed the problem and told me that a new belt and tensioner was needed because a rat was warming up in the motor compartment and when I started the car got caught in the belt. This caused the bad smell when I wanted to start the car 2 days later. The guys from Mobile Car Clinic told me that a new belt and tensioner was needed. Heinrich called and gave me a (reasonable) price and I gave them the go ahead. Within an hour the came back and fixed the problem. I was very happy with the friendly and professional service and can recommend Mobile Car Clinic.
