Locksmith Scam - 24-7 24 hour locksmiths cape town, joburg, pretoria.
Chris 0762056715 / 076 205 6715 Raymond Visagie 084 276 2305 This is a call centre scam! Our usual locksmith was closed for the day, these ''locksmiths'' come up as an advert on google. They quote reasonably over the phone, and then they send a "locksmith'' through and then charge exorbitant fees R4000-R6000 and wont leave until payment is made immediately. When questioned the locksmith blames the call centre, and the call centre blames the locksmith. They aren't registered and when you call reputable locksmiths to tell them the situation, they are fully aware of these scam artists. And it is the same two people. Be careful, do not use google ads when you are searching for reputable businesses.

Never ever call 24-7 Gauteng Locksmith for a locksmith. None of their locksmith's are registered with the 'Locksmith Association of South Africa'. They give you a call out fee and then after the work is done they immediately send you an invoice of thousands of Rands (ours was R6,500.00 to change a lock) and then won't leave until you have paid them. The invoice has minimal information. Our case in particular was with Megan Kristil who came to our house with a locksmith. Her fiance' - Raymond Visagie (who is the owner of another business called Xtreme Fitness Worx) is the person who sent the invoice. He refuses to take our calls. They robbed us!

VERY BAD SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM
Our office required a damaged lock to be repaired / replaced. I obtained the information for Lock Tec Locksmith off your site and requested a quote. A gentleman by the name of Jaco contacted me on WhatsApp number 0663211147 and he confirmed that the cost would be R650.00. They came to our offices and repaired the lock and then invoiced us R5 0347.00 and refused to leave the office until we made payment. Their threatening aggressive behaviour intimidated the ladies in the office and to get them off our premises we paid. I called the contact number on the invoice 0814049129 and a gentleman answered the call when I asked him to identify himself he refused. I continued with him trying to understand the invoiced amount - he would not justify his costs - he said that they are emergency locksmiths and that is their rate (even though the work was done in office hours). I further enquired why they had got so aggressive demanding the payment and he confirmed that this is his instruction to all his techs. I registered on your site to find these services and feel that you have a duty to ensure that you do not offer services of this nature. How does a invoice differ so much from a quote. How can you allow this type of individual onto your "community" site - there is nothing community about this individual. He is condescending, aggressive and a highway thief. Please would you give this matter your urgent attention and advise how we can get our refund without delay. I am going to post this service on all social media sites that I can lay my hands on. This is dishonest! Be aware

Norman Coleman and Chris (Christian) Bischoff
SCAMMER Alert Norman Coleman showed up at our place, banged out the gate lock in 30 seconds, replaced it within 5 minutes and demanded payment of R3 000. He did not quote for the new lock but apparently it cost R1 000 so we told him to remove it. He then demanded payment of R2 000 for his services. I called Chris (Christian Bischoff), the person I initially spoke to from the “company” to complain. He advised he just works at the call centre and doesn’t know this guy- we should sort it out with him personally - they just send out locksmiths on their reference list. After some research, I realised this is a blatant lie. I did some digging and these guys are best mates. Christian Bischoff runs the Pretoria branch of the “business” and sends his mate Norman to the Joburg addresses. Lots of complaints on here about them, just wish I read them prior to picking a locksmith. Lodging a complaint with the Locksmiths Association- send them a mail with your complaint - lasa@global.co.za

Scamming criminals. Do not use.
These people are scammers. The one person is Vince Malan (074 462 1926), the other is Steph Venter (065 096 3307). They are about 3 or 4 scammers. The hook to their scamming little scheme is to prey on people in an emergency and then charge them after the work is done. not disclosing what they will charge you. They try to intimidate you and to justify their ridiculous price like a bunch of scumbags. If you are reading this. these scumbags already scammed you. They are obviously inbred and scum. I was charged R3200 to get my keys out of my car. The good thing is, we can take these *****s down and force them to pay back the money they stole. If anyone has a physical address of where we can find these clowns I will sue them for every person that they overcharged and they will pay you back.

Do not use these ****s they are extortionist ****s! Stole R3200 from me for opening my car. and scratched my car as well. Absolute ****ing ****s! **** 1 - Steph Venter (065 096 3307) **** 2 - Vince Malan (074 462 1926) Why on earth did I not call Road Side assistance. Be warned do NOT contact these **** bags! They should be in ****ing prison!

Extortion of pensioners
I see the same reviews as I’m about to write and wish to reiterate the sheer extortion of these guys. 15 minutes work to change a lock. No confirmation/quote given prior to doing the work. They had the audacity to charge my parents who are pensioners R3000. May your karma be swift you ***s
