I made a withdrawal via mobile top up on 5 of December 2025 now they said they made transaction of which I didn't receive it they said I should ask my service provider. Mobiworks not to be trusted
After doing survey and have reached threshold I can't redeem it tells me account not found.how is account not found when I can log in and do surveys and when I click redeem it click me out and ask to sign in and when I sign in with correct details it says account not found.but when it's just doing survey I log in just fine.these people they are playing with our minds I can't even withdraw my money just beware guys

Mobiworks not to be trusted

Mobiworkx what happened to me getting 2 or more survey each day to not getting any for over 2 weeks? i am dissapointed, please do the right thing and fix your issues i will be patiently waiting for you to do better,hope you get back to me soon. XOXO
