Moco packaging poor service

Placed an order of 100 jars And 100 caps and it arrived in time and then

Couple of days later I realized

I’m left with 30 jars with no lids and tried communication with them about and they weren’t helpful and they telling me

I should buy 30 more lids How can I pay for something twice ?

The invoice says 100 caps but I’m left with an empty box with no caps

And I stay by myself So Casper the ghost must have taken the other 30 And it’s such an inconvenience and waste of money and my time and now I’ve to take a loss
