Service delivery poor - manager sarcastic

This company is so unprofessional, they take very long to get back to you when you place an order when you phone they say they will get the information to you. The Manager Sharon is inpatient and sarcastic that it's unpleasant to do business with them. I hope that someone sees this and don't deal with the same issues.
