Hi Hellopeter, i have an issue with an online store named, hairby_bby blue that i was planning to purchase a wig from... i had already sent half of the money for a deposit, and i was planning on sending more to finish up my payment, but i ended up canceling my order and decided on getting other hair items from them rather... Firstly, they said they would send me proof of confirmation for my hair, i had to write to them countless times, in order for me to receive it, i saw it on my emails that they sent it yesterday at around 20:00 in the evening, and they didn't even notify me that they sent it.. Secondly i wrote to them this morning at 11:00 (during their working hours).. that i would like to change my order into another one, that is the same amount as the money that i have deposited to secure the wig, i haven't gotten a response up until now, tried calling them their lines are always off, i tried leaving a comment on their instagram posts, telling them i tried calling and i also left a message on their whatsapp in regards to my order, they still haven't responded to that, i really have an issue with this type of service... i don't understand why they're not responding to their customers? how are we suppose to trust their store if our texts and calls go unanswered? especially given the fact that it's an online store... at this point i don't really care about getting their products, i would like my money back...!!!!! Please try assisting me with this issue hellopeter
