Did not supply the product quoted

Barry Kotze director of MKC quoted me on the 18 of May 2015 we paid a Deposit and he was suppose to install the unit on the 22nd of June 2015.<br> He only started on the 30th of June (full of excuses) while our previous kitchen cupboards was already removed by myself.<br> When he installed the unit he used cheaper hinges than what he quoted. When i saw that the hinges was not what he quoted I followed up with him every other day since and he never answers his phone and only responded twice saying he will come and replace but it never happens.<br> I'm not happy at all with the after sale service and wont recommend him to any one else.
