Modernspaceza online shop scam - MAJOR fraudsters

I would to bring to your attention a complaint and serious concern about “modernspace.co.za”

I’ve already reported this to their payment gateway provider Payfast and they investigating my complaint. I will also be reporting it to SAPS.

The website or so called company is posing as a legitimate online store that sells clothing, sneakers and iPhones. They accept orders and payments through PayFast but never deliver the goods.

I’ve searched the web to see if this is the case and noticed similar complaints from other consumers on Hellopeter who has been defrauded.

The website does not have any contact information to support their customer enquires in either by form of email, telephone, social media. There are no channels to reach.

I made a purchase of R2 800-00 for Dr.Martens on the 25th of March 2021, I received a single email to confirm by order. After that, up today I have not heard from them via email on the status of my goods I paid for. I have sent them emails, sent them messages on whatsapp and on their FB page but no response. Cellphone number rings through to answering machine.
