He sit been reported to and charged by the LPC for: # failing to account faithfully and timeously to clients monies # failed to diligently attend to the clients / complainant matter. # failing to account to his statutory body for failing to respond to the enquiry of the LPC.

COMPLAINT
<p>MY NAME IS LIZZY ID NO: ********** 958080 I WAS PAYING MY NASHUA MOBILE ACC THROUGH MOHLANTHE ATTORNEYS AND THEY DEBITED MY MONEY EVERY MONTH I OWED THEM R1283.66 BUT I ENDED UP PAYING THEM R4000.00 NOW WHEN I WANT MY STATEMENT TO SEE WHEN WAS THE LAST PAYMENT FOR THAT DEBIT ORDER THEY CAN'T PRODUCE IT. BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THE TOOK MORE MONEY THAN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. I SPOKE TO SELINA MELATO FROM MOHLANTHE ATTORNEYS SHE KEEPS ON SAYING SHE WILL REQUESTED THE STATEMENT FROM THEIR ACC DEPT I'M STILL WAITING SINCE FROM LAST WEEK THURSDAY 06/10/2016, I WANT MY REFUND I NEED THAT MONEY. THEY MUST GIVE ME ANSWERS OR I'M TAKING FURTHER STEPS FRO THIS. LIZZY</p>
