I prepared a bowl of Moir’s butterscotch instant pudding today. A few s****fuls in, I bit into a tooth embedded in the pudding. After checking, it was clear the tooth belonged to neither me nor my Fiancé — it came from your product.
This is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.
Under South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008), consumers have the right to safe, uncontaminated food. The presence of a tooth is a serious violation of that law and a potential health hazard.
Until Moir’s can guarantee product safety, your puddings should be pulled from shelves.
