Useless
USELESS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. GET A LAWYER AND SUE THE DEALERSHIP. EVEN IF MIOSA TELLS YOU THEY WILL LOOK AT YOUR CASE GETS INVESTIGATED RANDOMLY ON A SYSTEM YOU WIL WAIT FOREVER. THEY ARE F..... USELESS. WAOTED 5 MONTHS.GO SEE AN ATTORNEY. IM RATHER GOING TO COURT.YOU CAN THINK FOR YOURSELF THIS IS SOUTH AFRICA NOTHING GETS DONE.

Not helpfull at all
After a horrible experience with ultimate dream cars/ Royal cars with 3 vehicles that we bought (from the same company), I contacted them for help, but only response I got is "case closed as the purchase was more than 6 months ago" . People can get ****ed out of their money but you can do absolutely nothing about it!
