I recharged my voucher yesterday at 12 and I was told to wait 3 hours for my internet and I waited till today it's not working. Then I decided to text them to ask what's going on and I was told to wait 72hours for the problem to be solved, how do when I'm using internet for my work and I asked If they can speed it up, I was told no they can't do that. It's so funny last I had the same problem but they didn't take long to solve it infact few minutes as I got a call from some lady telling me that she will sort it out and she did. So now what's the difference I spoke to an unprofessional Muhammad azahr

A few months ago,my wifi service just stopped .there was no way that I could contact the service provider and I already made a payment for wifi service for the month I had to change and service provider and had to pay again for the coming month.Eventually my wife got a nr and contacted someone from Moya,who said they would refund me in 30 days.After 30 days we contacted them again,but got no response.I is 3 months later and I'm still waiting on my refund.There was other people in my road that was also with them and their service just stopped without an explanation

This company is telling me to wait for 1-7 days for my WiFi to be connected. They always fail to inform us when they have changes. I paid now I need to wait for 1-7days because they changed the name of Neurotel.

I never thought a company could be so ****. Its impressive how *** these guys are its like they are allergic to your money and want to lose you as a customer as soon as possible. I ask to speak to a manager I get flat out ignored. All they ask about is money "when last did you pay" and when you show then you paid and its an unfair disconnection the response times get conveniently slow. Trusting them as your ISP is a major mistake you will regret heavily. I saw the hello peter complaints and allowed my arm to get twisted by the prices. Now I'm paying so much for data on my phone I would have been better off with a Vodacom or vuma. at least they are reliable. Heed my warning, there's a reason why you've never heard of them before its because they are absolute DOG ****!!!!

I have been with moja prepaid for over 4 years and the customer service level is 0 they are not considerate, I did a debit order payment for 399 and to my surprise it was not debit, I went to their website to set it up again yesterday 399 gone but I’m still not connected, they don’t have a number to call only WhatsApp number the person I was chatting with clearly has no idea what they talking about they not giving clear answers and they have -1 customer service the only thing he/she says they only received the communication today of price increase asked why was I not informed and why did the 399 debit go off, they saying it won’t go through yet it did yesterday, asked if communication was sent out today why must I be affected because I paid yesterday…they don’t know poor customer care the old information is still available online and active yet they say there’s changes 😡

Good day , Hellopeter . My name is Faiza Bell, i reside in Ennerdale Johannesburg south. I have a issue with the way my matter is being dealt with at Moja Prepaid, This is a company that does Pre paid Wi-Fi, they have 3 ways to pay your Wi-Fi , via banking app and via voucher and debit order , I am a pensioner with a matric student in our house , He uses the Wi-Fi mainly for school as its a hectic year for him . i bought and topped up the voucher on the 21 March 2025 - Public holiday - Human rights day, on this day my right to my Wi-Fi was taken away from me . Firstly no communication was sent to me by Moja prepaid that the premium increased . i bought R 320 to top up my account, i topped up my Wi-Fi on the link MOJA PREPAID send to me https://mojaconnect.co.za/ . This is how i top up every month. This was friday 21.03.2025, Wi-Fi was off the whole weekend , with me following up Monday morning they advise me premium is increased from R 320 to R 350 , i then went back to an additional R 30 to top up further i then get this message from them . Thank you your top up will be processed , about 2 o clock Monday afternoon , they advise they Voucher is used and that there is nothing they can do about it , we are now being pushed from pillar to post for a voucher that was activated by the *****s at MOJA PREPAID and i this old woman must just accept it .

We made a payment of R390 on the 31st of October 2024 for wifi for a month. I'd like to say that today is the 27th of November 2024 and we still don't have connectivity. Moja Prepaid has been behaving like ****mers who take people's money. Whey complaints are made "no refund' Ts & Cs are sent through to prevent the customer from requesting a reimbur*****t. We have been fighting Moja Prepaid for a solid month now. The level of incompetency and neglect of customers is truly **********!!! I've never seen anything like it. Watch out when considering their services. Your money will be taken with no services randered!!!!

The need a to understand the meaning of moja prepaid. The have a online impersonal service the is no human contact. Keep cutting you off paid reconnection fee R250 plus Prepaid rates 320 connection time 1 to 7 workings days.disappointed with the rude whatssap messages.
