EXCEPTIONALLY BAD SERVICE!!

We sold our property in Jan 25 where SAHL appointed M & M ATT as the bond cancelation attorneys. We received the cancelation figures from M & M, but from thereon correspondence were minimal. So many things went wrong with lost, incorrect and ommitted documentation to and from the deeds office in that it has now been rejected 3x. On several times we have requested a progress report since inception of the transaction and up to date have not received anything. How can one simple cancellation of a bond and registration of the new buyers take 5 months with 3 or 4 rejections at the deeds office. VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE
