Poor Customer Service

I went to a Specialist as a member of Health4Me and I had to claim back my Money as per process

A consultant named Yongama Gxwati was so rude to me he was not willing to listen or Assist me , Good thing that I kept calling and was assisted after 5th attempt ,My claim was captured incorrect and 1 document was required which I sent kept on going back and forth Until I was irate and now I am screaming at the wrong people not the one that caused all the ups and down

Yongama must be trained for Soft Skills his very rude and unproffessional
