Very unhappy

Had great updates in November. In December when my child was born I was told there was new management taking over and since then I have received little to no feedback. In one email I was told to basically do all the work myself and "do not hesitate to ask any questions" I replied immediately with my questions, a full month later and still not heard back. Ripped off and very angry.
