Moneyline - fraud

I contacted this institute for a loan. I 1st had to pay an initiation fee. I did this as I know some institution requires a fee, however they then advised that I must pay another R17000.00 before I can get the loan. The initiation fee was a once off and even though i explained to them my situation this wasn't paid back. If you are reading this, please don't be a fool like I was.
