Bomb beauty aesthetics- I did hairline rejuvination three weeks ago at Midrand, branch. Am happy with Bongis work, but as for the *********** receptionist am not at first she forgot to send me indemnity forms causing Bongi to wait before the treatment, I had to find out after my session that there is no aftercare available and Bongi was clear ill need to use it immediately, she even went and asked the receptionist to put my details down so she wont forget to call me on Monday when the aftercare reachs the shop, ive been asking her on whatsapp ever since and her answer is always its not here ill call you when its here, but Bongi was clear that they get their products every Mondays finally yesterday 11-09-2024 i asked on whatsapp is the aftercare available they rep**** yes you can come and pick up I scheduled an appointment, passed there after work found another lady whom i told i was there to pick up the aftercare, she had no problem with that only confirmed my details but when she was suppose to come with the aftercare the usual light in complexion with dark spots receptionist comes and asks who said i must come for the after care because she said she will call me, i showed her the meassages of the appointment and all she could say after ive missed work to come to midrand is that the whatsapp phone was not with her she did not make the appointment, and there is still no aftercare, so bad experience for me and I still had more treatments to do there but after this treatment its clear that aftercare is kept for their friends not every client that payed them if aftercare was not there the first lady who welcomed me today would have said from the start sorry there is no treatment, instead of confirming my details its clear i was just not added to their list of clients who must get it.I see no improvement with my hairline and i believe its because of missing the aftercare.
