Product delivery terrible

I have a new business and needed to have a website made up. I'm a techno phobe so I requested from the start that Monkeybomb help me. Of course nick and Dylan the 2 brothers who run the company explained how they would help me throughout the whole process. I asked if I could meet with them on the odd occasion and yes yes was the answer. Well after 1000 emails to them and my website looking like a 2 year old has completed it I left them!!! R9000 later my website is a disgrace, Monkeybomb have no idea how to treat clients nor build a website. My website doesn't even work on cell phones!!! I'm gutted and devastated by how I was sucked in. I even told them how I felt in their Facebook and they just laughed!!! Whenever I wanted to meet nick for an hour consultation his car would breakdown!!! So he couldn't meet.... Monkeybomb are run by 2 Cowboys who are just after your money... Go to a reputable web design and please do not make the same mistake as I did.. Monkeybomb are on gumtree under southern suburbs, Cape Town
