Unfriendly service
I was at the Montagu store in Killarney this morning, 2 May. The lady that was working today needs much more training. She was busy on her phone that was playing loud music when I was walking in. She at least turned it off but was not friendly nor polite. No please and thank you etc. I have been there a week ago and there was much friendlier and polite person on duty.

I was at the Montagu store in Killarney this morning, 2 May. The lady that was working today needs much more training. She was busy on her phone that was playing loud music when I was walking in. Montagu table bay store (**** service).
I am extremely frustrated with the table bay montagu store as they have now consistently refused to assist me with a purchase as according to them the store is closed at 6:40 every night. However, the trading time is until 7pm. This is unacceptable as the doors and till is closed in advance.

Montagu table bay store (**** service).

Old and stale nuts
I'm not going to buy from Montagu anymore. When their stock is getting old, they simply relabel it with a new expiry date. Half the time their nuts are stale. This is poor business practice and shows a plain disrespect for their customers.

Been waiting 13 days for a quote on order!
Waiting since 22 Aug for a quote from Montagu on a bulk order for client gifts. Our Lize has followed up multiple times with no success and empty promises. So disappointed!

the worst experience.
my experience at this store was absolutely pathetic. the workers were extremely mean to my brother and i for nothing which is ABSOLUTELY non expectable. It was coming from a male and a female, it was my first and last time in that store

Unfriendly and impolite service - Killarney Shop - Johannesburg
Some of the staff in the Killarney shop are impolite, unfriendly and in some cases just rude. Was there this afternoon again and it was unpleasant. Some serious staff training is needed, for sure!

Many people wont even think to compliment a company who distribute snacks. Well today i want to thank you for such an amazing product the Montagu mix and chocolate coated raisins jy favourite.
