Completely unacceptable service and lack of communication.
I was advised that I would receive a call the following day explaining why I was charged double on my insurance policy. I waited the entire day and did not receive any call or email from the company.
With pay day approaching, I am extremely concerned about being debited the incorrect amount again. I made it clear that I would not accept this, yet no one has taken the time to provide clarity or reassurance. If the wrong amount is deducted, I will expect a full refund and will proceed with cancelling my policy. I am also prepared to escalate this matter further if necessary.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was never informed by Kaitlyn about such a significant increase being deducted from my account. Clients should be properly notified of major changes, and failing to do so is completely unacceptable.
I am very disappointed and still waiting for proper answers.
