Had good service in the past but this last week I ordered a wiring harness for R1800 for my Yamaha R1 and once after receiving it I informed them that it was damaged and most of the wires was burned they said I must send picture and I did now they are not replying to my messages and when I call they say they will get back to me

Malcolm came to buy our Aprilia RSV 4 in August 2024 in Richards Bay. The keys and the motorcycle's papers were given to him with a valid disc up to 31 October 2024. He said he will sort out the change of ownership. Forward to 19 March 2025 and we want to put another motorcycle on our name that we recently purchased only to find out the change of ownership was never done. Due to this negligence the Aprilia is still on our name and we had to pay R968 which includes the arrears and penalties beforw we could do our new registration. They are liable to return these funds to us because had they done what they were supposed to do by law within 21 days this would not have happened. This does not say much about their so-called customer service and to make such a crucial mistake being a buyer and seller does not say much about them at all. Whoever the lady was that answered the phone when I called on 19 March to address the issue needs to learn how to speak to people. She immediately became defensive and refused to give me a chance to explain our situation, instead she blatantly said there is now way it can come to close to R1000. Well I have the physical proof to show that it did. I want my money returned that I had to pay due to poor workmanship from Montclair Motorcycles.

Always a happy customer, get all my parts delivered and in good quality. Have left bikes and parts there and never had any issues with staff, pricing, repairs or anything. Owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful

Always helpful, knowledgeable and fair prices. Good customer service despite problems that we all know our countries postal service has. Received my parts in good time and good quality. Never had an issues with repairs or anything.

I had a front crash with my bike that needed a radiator and front forks replacement. To find they did the job but changed some of my parts like rear shocks with a cheap old shock and brake clamps with no brake pads yet they said it's safe to find ileven more problems the front steering bearings was not placed correctly... I've told them all about this and they seem to forget telling me I tell them a year later yet I have proof of pictures and conversations... I've replace radiator and other funny things on my bike cause I always use to do it myself this guy didn't think I'd know my bike from top to bottom... Poor safety service on people bike is the worst thing.... Im a photographer don't have time to run back and fourth for more problems

I ordered a piston kit for a Honda TRX 400 2006 and when I received it and took it to my mechanic he told me it's not a trx piston so I contacted them to send the right one but they didn't have the right one..so I send back the piston and they did receive it but stil haven't refunded me.. very bad experience
