Wrong account number on traffic fine infringement - modimolle - mooghopong

Received an infringement from Modimolle-moogophong local municipality... traffic fine is legit, but on the infringement it says use www.paymyfines.co.za ... they do not recognize the reference number given. I tried ABSA pay your fine .. this municipality is not listed - I went to spar ... they do not recognize the account number, I tried to eft .. account number is invalid. I went to standard bank .. the lady told me account number is incorrect.. the one that is on their system is an deposit account you must pay a minimum of R1000 if you use this account. I tried calling local municipality 014 7182011 choosing number 2 for traffic department .. after 1 week with nobody answering, i tried customer care, they gave me the head of traffic contact details, He informed me that the account details is wrong on the notice, i have texted the person again awaiting feedback with issuing of a new notice with the correct account number. Will see how long this will take.
